  New Island Hospital Attends Senior Day at the Knights of 
                          Columbus Hall in Farmingdale

New Island's Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Medicine Center, Sleep Medicine Center and new Balance Center attended Seniors Day sponsored by Century 21 Prevete Realtors on Wednesday, November 12, 2009. The rather large gathering of over 60 people enjoyed a delicious lunch and heard informative lectures on wills, estate planning, and options to meet health care needs for now and in the future.  Patricia Stickle, AVP Community Relations at New Island Hospital spoke about the superb technology, and outstanding physician staff at the hospital. Her main emphasis was on the personalized care that each and every patient receives and the high patient satisfaction scores the hospital is achieving month after month due to the hospital's emphasis on superior quality care.
