“I had the misfortune to be so sick that I needed to go to your emergency room.  Fortunately for me I went to New Island Hospital.  From the moment I entered the emergency department until I was wheeled out the door, I received excellent care.  The doctors, nurses and staff were exceedingly conscientious and efficient.  During my stay, the staff took from me my clothes, temperature, pulse, oxygen levels and blood.  However, the one thing they always made sure I had was my DIGNITY.”
